A: Box guides are published when your box ships so you have access as soon as your box arrives!

Q: Can I access guides for boxes I didn’t receive?
A: Yes! All subscribers have access to the complete box guide archive, even for months before you subscribed. This gives you hundreds of enrichment ideas using similar toys and activities you may already have at home.

Q: What if I lost or damaged an item from a previous box?
A: Check out our enrichment shop where we stock past box favs! Can’t find it there? Many items can be recreated with household materials using our DIY tutorials in the Barkive. For specialty items, check the guide for similar alternatives or contact us about purchasing replacements.

Q: Can I request specific items or themes for future boxes?
A: Absolutely! We love subscriber feedback. Email us at support@caninebraingames.dog with your ideas, or fill out our monthly subscriber survey to influence future box themes.

Q: Do guides include modifications for different dog sizes or abilities?
A: Yes! Each guide includes tips for adapting activities for puppies, seniors, small breeds, large breeds, and dogs with physical limitations or special needs.
